Big Grumpy Cat

I decided to use this card for the ‘my favourite domestic animal’ challenge on the As you like it challenge blog. I’m torn, though, because I’ve always been a dog-lover at heart. The one cat we had as a family pet won my dog-loving heart over because he seemed to have more doggy characteristics than a cat – he loved snuggles, followed you everywhere (especially walking to the mailbox and back, flopping over onto his back every few steps for tummy rubs), he loved to play chase, and he’d sit in the driveway waiting for me to arrive home once he heard the sound of my car in the distance. Ah, Rio, I still miss you years after you left us, there’s a huge space in my heart still there for you xx
